Service Overview

What a Kazemi kitchen remodel includes

A kitchen remodel touches almost every trade in the house: framing, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, counters, and finish work. We run all of it under one roof, so you have one point of contact instead of five different subcontractors to chase down.

Whether you're updating cabinet fronts and counters or moving walls to open up the whole floor plan, we start with the same conversation: how you cook, how you store things, and how the room needs to work for your family. The design and the construction schedule are built around that answer, not the other way around.

Common Questions

Kitchen remodeling FAQ

Most full kitchen remodels in our service area run $45,000 to $90,000, with lighter refreshes starting around $18,000 and full structural gut jobs running $100,000 and up. The exact number depends on cabinetry grade, countertop material, appliance package, and whether the layout changes. See the pricing section above for a fuller breakdown, and we'll give you a firm number after an in-home consultation.
A typical full kitchen remodel takes 6 to 12 weeks from demo to final walkthrough. Smaller refreshes can finish in 3 to 5 weeks. Custom cabinetry and stone countertops often have their own lead times, which we build into the schedule up front so there are no surprises.
Usually, yes. Anything that touches electrical, plumbing, gas lines, or structural walls typically requires a permit. We handle pulling permits and scheduling inspections as part of the project, so it's one less thing on your plate.
Most clients do stay home during a kitchen remodel. It's loud and dusty on demo days and you'll be without a working kitchen for part of the project, so we'll walk you through a plan for meals and cleanup during the roughest stretch. If you'd rather relocate temporarily, we can plan the schedule around that too.
We handle layout and material selection in-house as part of the design and planning phase. If you already have architectural drawings or a designer you're working with, we're glad to build from those instead.
Yes. If you've already bought appliances, tile, or fixtures, tell us during the consultation and we'll build the layout and rough-ins around those dimensions and specs.
